I started in Nov 2017, when I went to David I had a hard time tackling any problems no matter how tiny they were and always felt like I’m at the edge of a mental break down. I’m not fully recovered but I’ve got to know myself better, I no longer look at any problem as if it’s the end of the world, and the best of all, my relationships with people inside and outside work is now way better than it was before I started. I claim I’m extremely more productive too! If you have any of the stuff I had or want to improve any of the areas I mentioned I recommend dropping by the clinic. Guys depression is a disease just like any other and it needs treatment and professional help, and the overall experience of having someone to talk to and consult is great even as a stand alone, I myself intend to continue having a professional in my life even after I’m fully recovered in a sort of a coach, a consultant or a mentor, and believe me that makes a difference!
